Terms of Use

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to burstpipeupstairsunit.info and to every call made to the number shown on it. Using the website or placing a call means agreeing to the terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the website.

Permitted Use

The website is for private, noncommercial use, such as reading about water damage after a pipe bursts upstairs and calling for help. Copying, scraping, reselling or misusing its content, or interfering with how it works, is not allowed.

Calls and Service

Callers agree to describe the damage and the property's location truthfully, and they accept that calls may be recorded for quality checks and training.

Restoration work happens only under a separate contract between the caller and the company doing the work, and that contract sets the price, timing and conditions.

Ownership of Content

Upstairs Unit Pipe Burst Team owns or holds rights to the text, design, images and graphics on the website. None of it may be copied, republished or adapted without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

Nobody may use the website or its phone number for prank or automated calls, harassment, unlawful activity or the spread of malicious software. Upstairs Unit Pipe Burst Team may block any number or device used that way.

Outside Links

Some pages link to outside sources, such as government agency pages. Upstairs Unit Pipe Burst Team does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or conduct.

Changes to These Terms

Upstairs Unit Pipe Burst Team may revise these terms at any time by posting new text on the website. Continued use of the website after a revision means the revised terms are accepted.
